A leading, commercial property business is seeking a Sustainability Data and Reporting Analyst to be based in their Central London office.

You will join a growing team, focused on supporting the installation of their proptech software, a building management system (BMS), onto client sites and its post installation analysis and reporting. The smart building system helps clients to optimise their energy consumption and you will be involved in supporting the coordination of the systems installation by third parties, data analysis and reporting of the systems performance, working to optimise the systems to maximise the decarbonisation of portfolio properties.

Key duties will include:
- Utilising your technology skills to upgrade and maximise the data analysis and reporting processes.
- Collection, analysis and reporting of data to key stakeholders.
- Ongoing support for all properties post installation.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, third party suppliers, contractors and onsite to teams.
- Oversight of technical issues, ensuring relevant teams resolve any problems in line with SLAs.
- Work with the team to suggest improvements and amendments to current operations.
- Work with all other business departments to build you property sector knowledge and occasionally support their functions.

Candidate MUST have:
- Good data analysis skills, utilising SQL, SQL Server and Power BI.
- Strong data reporting skills, utilising dashboards and data visualisation.
- Be passionate about sustainability.
- Good data management skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deliver multiple challenges at the same time.

Desirable are:
- Experience with PropTech or Smart Building solutions.
- Good stakeholder management and client facing skills.

Knowledge of the property management or facilities management is not required, just a willingness to learn about the sector.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of between £50,000 - £75,000 based on your skills, plus a bonus, pension and good benefits.
